• Audio & Video Data: Microphone and camera access (only during voice and group video calls). Calls are not recorded or stored.

• The deletion process is completed within a maximum of 30 days

10. Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

4K Kurdistan is committed to the highest standards of child safety and explicitly prohibits any content or behavior related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

• 🚫 Absolute Prohibition: 4K Kurdistan strictly prohibits any content, message, image, or video that depicts, promotes, or facilitates Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE/CSAM) in any form.
• 🔞 Age Requirement: This app is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age.
• 📢 In-App Reporting: 4K Kurdistan provides a built-in report button in every conversation and post, allowing any user to report suspicious or abusive content directly within the app.
• ⚡ Report Handling: All child safety reports are reviewed by our moderation team with the highest priority. Violating accounts are removed immediately.
• 🚨 Legal Reporting: We comply with our legal obligation to report any CSAM content to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), in accordance with applicable laws.
• ⚖️ Legal Compliance: 4K Kurdistan complies with all applicable local and international child safety laws and regulations regarding child sexual exploitation and abuse.
